[intellij+windows+vue+bootstrap] npm run serve시 sass migrator 문제 해결방법

IntelliJ, windows 환경에서 vue를 빌드할려고 "npm run build" 명령어를 실행시켰다. 그리고 다음과 같이 문제가 발생하였고 그리고 해결은 다음과 같이 하였습니다.

<해결방법>

PowerShell에서 "sass-migrator"을 설치하고 사용하면 된다.
